What to Expect
Your first Temperature Contrast session begins with a brief overview to introduce the flow of the experience. You'll then alternate between our 180° Finnish sauna and 39° ice baths via three intentional rounds, supported by curated aromatherapy in the heat and breathing guidance in the cold.
Each round is designed to support nervous system regulation, emphasizing exhalation, somatic awareness, and the ability to re-pattern your stress response in real time.
Sessions are intimate yet social, capped at four guests, with a hydrating drinks service offered throughout.
How to Prepare
Come hydrated. You don't need to have any prior experience, just a willingness to be present and open to new experiences. We'll guide you from start to finish, with supportive breath cues, intentional pacing, and premium electrolytes throughout.
